Everything sold on Heirloom Hook is digital: PDF patterns and guides that you download. Nothing is shipped.

How you receive your order

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you a link to your personal access page — usually within minutes. The email comes from "Heirloom Hook" (orders@mail.digitalshelflab.com). On your access page you can download every file you paid for, including anything you add to your order afterward. You do not need to create an account.

Your link does not expire, and there is no limit on how many times you can download your files (unless the order is refunded or disputed, as explained in our Terms of Sale). Please keep the email: the link is private to your order, so do not share it.

Delivery is considered complete when that email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. If it does not arrive, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder, or contact us and we will resend it.
