Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold on Heirloom Hook (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Codigo Bro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN: 42-3185729), 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Heirloom Hook is part of Digital Shelf Lab, our digital products brand.

1. Accepting these Terms

You accept these Terms, our Refund & Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy when you click or tap the pay button at checkout, and again when you click or tap the purchase button of any offer you add to your order afterward. The version in force at the time of each purchase applies to that purchase. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from the Store, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products: crochet patterns, guides and related resources in PDF format. Each product page describes what is included. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown with their currency code. Depending on your country, prices are shown and charged in US dollars or in your local currency; your bank may charge its own foreign-transaction fees. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your card statement as "DSL* HEIRLOOM HOOK".

4. One-tap offers after checkout

After you pay, we may show you optional offers related to your purchase. To let you add them with a single tap, Stripe securely keeps the payment method you used at checkout. We use it only for offers you accept within 24 hours of your purchase, in the same browser; after that, you will be asked for your card again. Stripe keeps your payment method until you ask us to remove it. We only charge it when you click or tap a purchase button that shows the exact price and currency of that offer, and each offer you accept is a separate charge with its own receipt. We never use it for subscriptions or for any charge you did not request. You can ask us to remove your saved payment method at any time by writing to support@digitalshelflab.com.

5. Gifts and promotions

Some offers after checkout include a gift — a discount on an optional add-on — revealed with a short animation, such as a wheel. The gift is set by us in advance and is the same for every customer who is shown it; the animation does not involve chance and there are no other prizes. Nothing is charged to play, and you do not need to play to buy anything. A gift applies only to the offer shown. It cannot be combined with other discounts on the same product, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred. It expires at the time shown on the page; after that, the regular price shown applies. Struck-through prices are the regular prices at which we offer the product. Because we test different offers, the offers you see may differ from those shown to other customers. We may end or change a promotion at any time without affecting gifts already accepted.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered by email with a link to your personal access page, as described on our Delivery page and in our Refund & Delivery Policy. Please enter a valid email address at checkout and check your spam or promotions folder if our email does not arrive.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy. Each product's guarantee is shown on its page and at checkout. If you receive a refund for a product, your access to that product ends.

8. License to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it, print it and use it yourself. You may sell or give away the finished items you make from our patterns. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish or give away the pattern files or any part of them, upload them to file-sharing or AI-training services, or share your private access link. You may not claim the product as your own work or remove copyright notices. Products are licensed, not sold. If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, or if you breach this section, the license ends and we may disable your access.

9. Intellectual property

All content of the Store and of our products — including text, charts, diagrams, photos, designs and branding — belongs to Codigo Bro LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Store or our products for unlawful purposes; scrape, copy or mirror the Store; interfere with its security or operation; try to obtain products without paying; use someone else's payment method without authorization; or misuse promotions, for example by placing multiple orders to obtain more than one gift.

11. Billing questions, disputes and fraud prevention

If you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@digitalshelflab.com; we usually reply within 24 hours and can refund eligible orders directly. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer. To prevent fraud and to respond to payment disputes, we keep records of your order — including the time of purchase, IP address, device information, the terms you accepted at checkout, and the access to and downloads of your products — and we may share them with our payment processor and your card issuer. While a dispute is open, we may suspend access to the disputed products. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are educational and informational; your results depend on your own skill and effort and are not guaranteed. Except as stated in these Terms and in the guarantee shown for your product, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, in the EU and the UK, your rights if digital content is faulty.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of the place where you live applies. Before bringing any claim, please contact us at support@digitalshelflab.com and give us a chance to resolve it; most issues are resolved quickly, including by refund. If you are a consumer outside the United States whose local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, you may do so.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of hosting, payment or email providers. We send notices to the email address you entered at checkout. These Terms, together with the policies they mention, are the entire agreement between you and us about your purchase.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases by publishing a new version on this page with its date. The version you accepted continues to apply to your past purchases.
